Question by Boys of Summer Rule!: Can you still buy cigarettes online/phone?
I have been buying my cigarettes through a reservation in upstate NY. According to the new laws, I am unable to buy them there, but they can sell me tobacco, papers and a rolling machine. They are also able to sell me “electronic” cigarettes. Is there ANYONE still selling smokes online? Retail is outrageous and I’m not ready to quit. I don’t even know what an “electronic” cig is! So, does anyone know of a site where I can get my cigs?
I am well aware of the new laws the the President has put in place (I can still picture a cig hanging out of his mouth!), however, I’m sure there are ways around this – not to mention the fact that you can still get them retail and order tobacco & cigars. This whole thing is crazy. Yes, tobacco kills people; so does alcohol – how many ppl die from crashing their autos into major accidents from lighting up? hmmm – ya…

No, Obama passed the P.A.C. Act making it illegal to ship in the mail. Fedx and UPS will not knowingly ship tobacco. That’s not to say you “can’t” but get busted…
